What happens after my Startup Agency pricing period ends?

After your first 3 months at $80/month, you'll automatically transition to our standard pricing at the current discount rate. Right now that's $6/client/month (40% off), with a minimum of $120/month. You'll be notified before any changes to your billing.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Never. We believe in earning your business every month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties, no questions asked. We also offer prorated refunds if you're not satisfied.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no training fees, no "premium support" tiers. Everything is included.

What's included in the price?

Everything. All features, unlimited users, unlimited caregivers, mobile app access, AI tools, reporting, scheduling, billing, EVV compliance, HIPAA-compliant messaging—the whole platform.

How does billing work?

You're billed monthly based on your active client count. If you have 30 clients, you pay 30 × $6 = $180/month. The minimum is $120/month (equivalent to 20 clients).
